  14. I've recently bought the student edition of Borland C++ 5.0, since
  15. purchasing it I've been looking for a book which covers 5.0 well. To
  16. date all my searching has been in vain.

  18. Does anyone know of a good book I can quickly get my hands on?

  20. BTW - What's the deal with the additional 4.52 CD? Do I need it? If 
  21. I do, how can I use it without having 2 fully implemented compilers
  22. on my system?
